Return of the order: right of withdrawal


Gift42 offers its customers a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee .


If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back to us. You will be refunded as required by current legislation. The law (Legislative Decree 206/2005) establishes a deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal quantified as 14 days from receipt of the goods. Making use of this guarantee is simple, just send us an email to info@gift42boutique.com , or contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving the goods.


In any case we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 0541 24912 .


We remind you that the order can be returned for any reason, as long as the following conditions are respected:


  • as already highlighted, the return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order
  • the products must be shipped within 14 days from the time of the return request
  • the products must be in like new condition, intact, unused, inserted in their original packaging, complete in all its parts, with all safety tags attached and all accessories present at the time of receipt (for example any documentation and accessory equipment, such as manuals, cables, covers, boxes, etc.)
  • the packaging must guarantee safe transport to keep the product and its original box intact
  • the original purchase receipt must be present
  • transport costs for returns remain the responsibility of the customer (Ref. Legislative Decree 206/2005)

    Attention: products sent to our warehouse after the deadlines without the above requirements cannot be refunded.


How to exercise the right of withdrawal


To exercise the right of withdrawal you will also have to choose between one of the following possibilities:


  • provision of purchase vouchers. This must be spent within one year of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit
  • replacement of the goods
  • crediting of the money (indicate the details of a bank or postal current account (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder); the refund concerns the price of the product and the first shipping costs, and will be made within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. The only costs to be paid by the customer are those relating to the return of the goods.

Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.


Returns/Returns


In the only case of returning defective goods, the redelivery costs for replacing the product are borne by Gift42.


In any other case of returning the goods, the transport costs are borne by the Customer.
